Walked in for bio-gel overlay, which in my experience should be cured in several thin layers. Technician tried to do one thick layer (which in my experience is very painful during curing). I asked her to thin it out, which she did. It looked pretty good in the end however began to peel within a week.
She also pulled out a tray of tools that had clearly been used already, even though I was there half an hour after opening. She did switch it out when I pointed it out but I did notice a lack of sanitizing oven/autoclave. Will not be returning.
