My daughters and I visited this office after a car accident. On our first visit, they were insistent that we needed an attorney. I explained to them that we had insurance and did not need an attorney. While I was standing in their office on that first visit, I received a phone call from an attorney's office! She said that her aunt that worked at the chiropractor's office called her to tell her we needed an attorney! I was shocked! Fraud?!? Collusion?!? Practices like this are unethical and drive our insurance rates up in Nevada. In January, we paid the bill in full. Today, two months later, the office called looking for payment. They left a message asking to call the girl back on her cell phone. Seems questionable to me?!? We have now provided them with a copy of the check they cashed (which included the name and account number)! Just one more questionable behavior from this office! The actual chiropractors are very nice and seem to care. The office practices should be investigated.
