I ordered a Mr. Men Little Miss tote bag on the LeSportsac website that was 30% off and final sale. The next day I received an email that the bag was sold out but it was available at the Vegas outlet. I called the Vegas store and they had one bag left! Turns out it was even less than what I had originally planned to pay. Score! The customer service people were so nice and helpful. They shipped the bag out the next day and they even enclosed a thank you card with hand-drawn Mr. Men characters on it. It makes me so happy every time I look at that card.
