Pros: large hotel rooms, reasonable price. Cons: The elevators are terrible - 3 tiny elevators for 35 floors is ridiculous! During busy times it was always a long wait for an elevator and it would usually be full. There are only 6 or 8 floors with Ice machines, you can't use the stairs because they are locked from the stairwell side. Room service is overpriced and poor quality. Will not use this hotel again.
