I'm impressed with the level of service in this pharmacy. Everyone I have dealt with has been nice and professional so far. The people at Avella helped me get assistance with paying for my meds before my insurance kicked in. I've had issues with my insurance as far as needing prior authorizations for my meds and I did not know that. They helped me get started with the prior auth and also helped me to obtain a short term supply so that I wouldn't go without it in the meantime. I've never been to a pharmacy that went above and beyond to help their customers. Other pharmacies would just tell me to call my insurance and tell me I need something like a pre-auth (something I initially didn't know what it was and I'm sure a lot of others don't know as well) and leave me confused. They deserve 5 stars because without their help I probably would have been without my prescription for a while not knowing what I needed to do. I will keep going there for my long term specialty meds for as long as I'm on this prescription and as long as my insurance covers that pharmacy. Satisfied customer here :-)
