I ordered the blinds on line and through the chat room facility. I was very specific about measurements and told them they would be fitted OUTSIDE the window frame. It took them 10 days to deliver them. When they arrived the instructions were for ceiling fitting ONLY. So we were unable to install them. They refused to change the fitting, or have us return the blinds or return our money. The mistake was on their part which they refused to remedy. Very disappointed. Will never do business with them again.
