I have no idea why I keep coming to this T-Mobile. It's a worthless location. The customer service each time that I have been there has been horrible. The people behind the counter are slow, have no idea what they are doing, and opening talk about not caring about anything but commissions. You know, that's cool to talk about when you have 4 customers in front of you. Each time that I have been there, it took about 15 minutes before my husband and I were even acknowledged. I won't go into details about the experiences, but they all have lasted entirely to long, and in one of them, in regards to a phone problem, they said they couldn't help us. We had to go to a different store all together in order to get it handled. Kden. This site makes me rage internally and I don't say that often. Took me three times to realize that this store was a joke, and I'm never going back again. Please listen to the bad reviews for your own good. Run away. Go to the one in the Galleria Mall. That one was okay.
