ONE thing wrong with this market is that it's not open on Sundays and Mondays, considering this is a tourist destination in a touristy area, is unbelievable. Especially when they have the Sunday flea market across the street. The bulk food place on the first floor in the corner has an endless supply of sweets and nuts that you can't buy anywhere else. Sorry I can't remember the name. You can get crepes made to order for under $5 at one place. Huge clean butchers with endless choices. Saturday is the big day there. It used to be a lot rougher there and maybe it had a bit more atmosphere.
