I went back today for a re-do on my dogs haircut and this blonde manager who was probably is in her late 40's who looked more like 60s verbally accosted me by telling me to fu*k off and leave!
In my 55 years old.
I've have never heard anyone speak like her except people on the Jerry Springer show.
She reminded me of someone who definitely should not be a manager anywhere especially in the 85259 zip code.
Perhaps the manager should go to anger management classes to control her temper.
I don't know her name but she actually laughed when I said I could not come back another day because my dog is dying from Kidney disease at 8 years old.
My dog is a family member who is in her last lap of life.
She takes 4 different kinds of medication plus a IV drip 2 times a day with 1/2 ounce so she maintains fluids in her 4 pound fragile body.
If someone laughs at a dying dog what is she doing to our dogs when we leave ?
The manager yells at me is she yelling at the dogs or groomers?
Is that why my dog had a 15 min haircut without a bath?
ThIs was my first time to this new groomer Sherry.
My second time there.
My dog was in her dog purse when I picked her up.
When I returned home I was shocked she definitely didn't have her nails trimmed or her bowel excretion.
Her hair was still around her bottom, her face is petite.
I can only think Sherry doesn't have the correct blades to trim her face correctly.
My dogs back did not meet up with her head.
It was all uneven.
She was a mess!!!
I took my baby to KC ANIMAL VET.
