Been waiting in a room to see the Dr. for an 1hr and 20 minutes. I can understand being busy, but honestly they have no excuse. I came here after the just reopened from being closed for an hour for lunch. There was 1 person in front of me. There were NO patients besides myself & the other person. This is unacceptable. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Not sure what takes so long when the DR is in my room for literally 3 minutes.
Update since I left office:
I don't know who I was talking to but the MAs are nice. It was someone else who was extremely RUDE over the phone. I was trying to get an explanation of why they are prescribing me a certain amount for medicine since the blood results are incorrect. She was talking to me as if I was stupid. I told her "I AM NOT A DR so you need to explain things thoroughly to me so things make sense!" She says "well you're old enough to know" and then kept trying to hang up while I was talking "yep okay have a good day", I say "EXCUSE ME? I am talking?!!" I can not BELIEVE how disgusting this lady was. I am never coming here ever again. EVER. This is a waste of MY money considering I am not on Obama care, I PAY for my own insurance & I PAY a lot to come to this place. Not to be treated like shit. Do NOT come here. They are incompetent & disgusting.
