Living here has been fantastic. I haven't owned either of the units I've lived in but the experience has been great renting from two different private owners. I see landscaping crews nearly every day and the property manager out and about. Our experience with neighbors has been less than ideal with very loud ASU/Boston people living above us jumping up and down to "Call Me Maybe" at 3 a.m. but the security staff hired by Sunscape has been very helpful quelling the ruckus. The location is ideal for anybody wanting to live in Scottsdale. It's next to the Continental Golf Course, across from that is the Greenbelt and just down the street you'll find Scottsdale Stadium, a Spring Training hot spot. It's only a 10-15 minute WALK to Old Town Scottsdale, a very easy drunken romp home across parking lots and the golf course, avoiding any excuse by your friends that they think they can drive. Not cool dumb drunk friend. The one thing missing is a community BBQ easier to access. I live near Hayden and Osborn and have to walk through two full parking lots just to reach the pool where the BBQ is. It's very difficult to carry everything out there and back when I want to grill up dinner.
