This shop is very unorganized and unprofessional. There is one very sweet blonde gal who knows what she is doing and how to properly handle a stressed bride but that's it. I ordered my veil here and they never called me once it arrived. I called during the time frame they estimated it would arrive and they couldn't find the record of my order. After back and forth phone calls and a week later they "found it". In addition we rented a vest, 2 ties, and a bow tie from them. They scheduled pick up for 2 days before the wedding. When we picked up my fiancé's vest today it did not fit right. Lizzette was very argumentative and spoke over me whenever I tried to talk. Ultimately their vendor is overnighting another vest we can pick up tomorrw but if it doesn't fit we have no other options as it is the day before or wedding.
