Discovered Almar by recommendation on Reddit's /r/Charlotte, and glad we did! We needed AC service on our 2002 Subaru Forester in the wake of June's 95 degree days, and this place was nearby where we work for easy drop off/pick up. Brought it in on a Friday morning without an appointment, hoping for the best but understanding it was likely a busy day. Met Mary at the desk and she told me they would try to work it in, but had a lot of jobs to finish up and may not be able to get to it until Monday. We were willing to roll the dice and take a chance. Around 4:30pm Mary called and said it was all set to go. When we picked it up they gave us a $10 off coupon for our next visit for being a new customer. Pricing was fair and work was done well - AC blows cold like it should! We will be back in the future as needed!
