Awful. I wish I could give negative stars to get back my money and my tip. I drive a very nice luxury car which I pamper like crazy. Usually, I wash/detail my own car, but I happened to be having a busy week and I figured that a wash at Danny's would probably be better than no wash at all for the benefit of the paint. I have been to Danny's many times, and am familiar with the quality of work they do. This time I figure I'd go for the VIP wash in hopes they'd take better care of my car. I forgot that they use glossy interior dressing on the vinyl/rubber. Disgusting. They manged to get black/grey marks on my very light leather, and they over-sprayed/wiped glossy vinyl protectant on my expensive leather seats, which I usually will only treat with Connolly leather products. I was appalled at how dirty (with black/grey marks) they had left my interior. The worst offense, in my opinion, is that the exterior of the car near the handles was STILL DIRTY!!! They didn't even wash the car on the outside very well. So, I called the manager and explained what happened. He said it was my fault for getting the VIP wash, and that they couldn't be expected to make the area near the handles look good with just a wash - that area needs to be detailed. Clearly he didn't listen to me, because he thought I said that the glossy vinyl stuff was the problem (my complaint was that they got it on the seats and leather), and because he thought I was talking about light swirls by the handles, not the DUST that was still there after being washed. The manager refused to do anything other than re-wash the car to rectify the problem. Terrible car wash. Terrible service. I will never go to a Danny's again in the future.
