Just went through the longest security screening process of my life. Opted out of the body scanners and the customer service went downhill fast.
After being made fun of by the TSA staff for opting out, they admitted they didn't know how to handle the situation. They stood around, talking to each other while not allowing anyone else through the body scanner. The other passengers started glaring at me because TSA didn't know how to do a pat-down. They eventually made me go through the metal detector (multiple times), and when they finally did the pat-down they also went through all my carry on bags!
The whole security process took forever, was slower than any other city I've flown out of recently, and I was treated terribly!
