The office employees never pick up the phone. Ever. You literally have to take time out of your day to drive into their horribly fake set up of an office and wait until they greet you.
When hand delivering our move out notice the guy insulted my room mate and I because in one of our comments our complaint was everything in the apartment was old and outdated from the 80's and that is why nothing worked properly. And thus, why we were unhappy along with a plethora of other complaints against the property. He simply asked if we had even been alive that long. Sycamore's customer service is horrendous.
Our ac unit stopped working, ants that would come in from outside because the original contractors did not insulate or caulk correctly, telephone jacks had been painted over and filled with goo, the tub was old and moldy, they never cleaned it.
Don't live here. Pay extra to not live somewhere that will rip you off.
