I dropped off my tablet on Feb 11 for replacing the cracked glass screen. The tablet works fine but I was told it only takes a few days to repair so I put it in CPR on Feb 11. I was told By "Nate" it would be repaired in "a few days". On Feb 17, I was called saying "CPR ordered or received the incorrect part" and that the correct part should be in and my tablet "Should" be ready by Feb 22-23. After NOT hearing from CPR Charlotte, I called on Feb 26 and was told, "they received the part to fix my tablet but it was a bad spare sent to them so another part has to be ordered" I asked for an ETA today Feb 26, and I am now told my tablet "should be ready March 1st or 2nd" This is an AT&T SAMSUNG tablet that I purchased new 2 years ago. When I dropped it off I was told "it deffinately can be fixed". We'll see? Damian UPDATE: CPR called me several times to keep me updated until my tablet was repaired. I picked up my tablet March 5 and it is repaired and working great. The CPR staff (Kristen)and management (Nate) were very apologetic about all the issues with bad/wrong spares and very kindly compensated me for the inconvenience in way of the cost. THANK YOU CPR!
