I've been repeatedly impressed by their ethical standards and transparency. Most recently I took my car in for an A/C check for an issue that was difficult to replicate. They spent several hours testing various aspects of the system and researching common problems. Since they were unable to find the problem they did not charge me even though I would have paid for their time. I will gladly bring my vehicles here simply for the fact I trust them to provide an honest assessment and quality work.
