Beware of your stay at this resort. Don't get me wrong, it is an absolutely beautiful resort in a great location. However, if you get a bad room, as we did, they will do absolutely nothing to assist you in moving rooms. I offered to pay for an upgrade or take a lesser valued room, still nothing. The problem with the room is that you could see right into the bedroom and bed from the outside, with so much light leaking in it was hard to sleep. The most they could do is use some thumb tacks to hold the curtain, I guess that is better than nothing. Now understand, I am in what is called a sample program the we paid $700 to get, this is the first of three stays that we are going to experience before making our decision to buy. It goes without saying that we will not be buying.
