I am super impressed with the level of customer service I have experienced in the last two days. I took out a small payday loan and it is due 8/7/15. So, yesterday i received a courtesy call to offer me options of how to take care of this payment. these options were very consumer friendly and ultra convenient. I advised the rep of my decisions and the call ended. Well this morning, I received a call again and this time I was thinking "what now??" but to my surprise this rep offered more clarity to the same options and therefore, I made a different decision. I want even going to answer the phone...lol!! Truly impressed with this company.
