I love Heinen's and I love the Strongsville Heinen's. Although I must admit I like Brecksville more.
The good: large store, wide aisles; quiet; health food section Is comprehensive and often staffed by certified nutritions; great produce (they will let you pre-taste anything); helpful staff; loading groceries in the trunk is the BEST (I've never had to pack my own purchases either). Don't come here to save money, but for a great shopper experience. The last time I went to Giant Eagle, I froze to death, and ended up bagging my own groceries.
Weaknesses: both the floral and bakery departments could use some updating, they're boring and predictable; there are staff members I see 3 times a week for the past 5 years, who still don't recognize or acknowledge me (particularly in produce where they seem over worked).
