What has happened to this office? I called them 16 times with questions about my medication. Left 16 messages. Finally received a call back message from an unknown man, claiming he "knew nothing about my medications, didn't know where my chart is" then amazingly added "if you have any more questions, please call the office!" Thinking Dr Zenner might be concerned about any of this, I called 3 more times, spoke to the receptionist, and requested that he call me back. I told the receptionist that, as a long time patient, he would probably want to know why I was suddenly not coming in. Each time, I asked her to make sure he got the message, and for him to please call me. 3 months later, absolutely no response from Dr Zenner. Disgusting, unprofessional way to treat any patient, let alone one he has "treated" for a long time. If this is how you want to be treated, go see him. If not, find someone else.
