I'm really disappointed with Luv it's Custard. I've been going here ever since I was a small child for special treats (Western Special is the best), and I'd have to say that the quality of the custard and toppings are just disappointing now. Not only have they gotten rid of the 2 sizes for sundaes (which was nice if you didn't want all of that ice cream) and replaced it with a tiny plastic cup, but also the custard tastes off. It seems less creamy and rich than I remember, and the batch my mother and I had today tasted almost stale and old. The same can be said about the toppings: the Western Special I got had stale pecans, and the caramel sauce tastes completely different, and not in a good way. My moms Scotch Jimmie Treat had stale jimmies and nuts, and also tasted disappointing. This place used to be a Vegas tradition, but unless the quality returns to normal, I won't be returning, nor will my family.
Tl;dr: custard not as good, stale toppings, disappointed in childhood favorite.
