I had an appointment to get my hair cut last Thursday. I was new to the Salon and my appointment was with Diane. I showed her the picture of the cut I wanted (short with layers) and she asked me if I wanted to look old. I was totally taken off guard but since she was the professional I trusted her and let her do what she wanted, which was a trim and she scrunched it. I've been wanting to cut my hair for over a month and was excited to get it done but I left and I even left her a very generous tip. When I got in my car I thought - what just happened in there?? If she was unable to do the cut, she should have just told me, not insult me. I am also letting my natural hair grow in and she told me I should get heavy highlights to help with the grow out and I will need the length to cut off the damaged hair. I am disappointed that I let her treat me like that and that I paid for it too. Needless to say I went to another Salon and got the cut I wanted and treated much better. Here is the before and after. Old?? No stars for this salon
