In addition to standart $500 ticket from Vancouver to Montreal, I had to pay more 35+25$ for baggage and second baggage as I went over 23 kgs. How come you charge 500$ with 23 kg limit? And shitty customer service doesn't even accept if its just 200 grams over the limit. I was forced to throw my things to garbage can, and then when I threw them, guy told me I have to remove stuff from my bag and fill it to a plastic bag, whats the logic here i dont get it. I got so tired when I did it, and he didn't care, they think they are doing something good trying to act like professionals, while being useless.
