Went on Sat, 3/18/17. Line for tix was 25 deep with only one cashier. Asked another cashier if the could open another line. She said "no, we can't ", with no explanation. I asked her why and she said system was down. No apologies, and rude. Took my $100 worth of business elsewhere. Sayonara after 10 years worth of business and birthday parties for my daughter. Too many other places like this that actually WANT my business!
