Worst experience ever. Technician was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I told her my length and shape preferences. I asked to pay extra for cuticle service with my fill in and guess what I got- I got them sanded off with the drill- OUCH. Not to mention the drill went too deep and left deep red marks at the bottom of every nail. I will be forced to cover with polish until the whole nail grows out. When I reminded her that I wanted them shorter and more pointy she told me it was not possible! It couldnt be done! Ive had my nails on more than a year and no salon has had trouble making them shorter and still pointy. I left without polish so I could go home and finish the filing myself! I handed her a cash tip after all this and she pocketed it without looking at me and continued to talk to another employee without acknowledging me! I should have saved the tip money to pay for the file I needed to finish the job. This morning I realized the acrylic is touching my skin and 3 cuticles are BLEEDING from her attempts to sand off hangnails. My fingers hurt. Absolute nightmare.
Now, I wasnt to be clear that this is the Huntersville location. The location is Harrisburg is FANTASTIC and I highly recommend them. Cannot believe they are affiliated.
