Went to DQ for our lunch break like we usually do for the bogo blizzard coupon deal. The employee and manager would not accept the coupon because it was not printed out. We always go during lunch and use the coupon on our phone and if management changed they should of advised us of the change and accepted the coupon via phone this one time. Manager advised us to go to Staples or Kinko's to print the coupon yet once you view the coupon you can't view it again later to print it. With this day and age who has a printer or doesn't accept virtual paperless coupons. We will not be back to this location. Look at Pokemon go.
