I have been living here for about 8 months now. You get what you pay for. It's been pretty uneventful. And my personal experience with the office staff been professional and helpful. But today I fell victim of their parking spot policy. My car got towed with no warning and no note of any kind. Went out to take my kid to school and thought my car was stolen. Only to find out after calling 911 that my car was towed. I can't help it but to feel disappointed with the way management deal with it. I found out today that Management hires the company that benefits the most from your car being towed ($254.00 per tow plus day fees at their lot) to enforce their parking policy. The towing company that tows your car (ASHLEYS TOWING) is the SAME hired by management to enforce the parking policy. So they hired the wolves to watch over the well being of the sheep. In other words the people that suppose to take care of our community are the same to put you in harms way. I brought that up to management and pointed out what a major conflict of interest that is. And I was told it is on the contract and they can't/ won't do anything. I am a single dad trying to make ends meet so you can imagine how it feels to loose 1/3 of your rent and waste a day trying to find your car and retrieving it from the towing patio.
