If I could give it negative star review I would. WORST experience EVER, very unprofessional, especially Jake-horrible customer service here. Thank goodness they are not my insurance. NEVER choose progressive. They denied damage that was done by the accident. Bottom line.. If you have a choice, do not come here and stay away from Jake.
