The employees at this store simply don't care about the customers. I submitted a request for a hold of a pre-owned game, but instead the email confirmation said they put aside a new copy. I tried calling the store multiple times over the course of a few hours to double check what exactly was held, and not once did anyone answer. To make matters even worse, I called a different location to see if there was an alternate phone number for this location and the employee actually ASKED ME TO COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE because the Arroyo crossing store won't even answer the phone when they call. I relented and drove to the store, and they had held a new copy and since sold the only used copy they had to someone else. The ENTIRE time I was in the store, one employee was on his personal phone and any time the other employee wasn't directly interacting with me, she too was on her personal phone. Why have a phone number on your website if the employees refuse to answer? I hope someone from management reads this...
