I was actually driving to the Starbucks in the same plaza that this joint just opened up in.. when I saw the soft opening sign at the stop sign, I pressed on the brakes out of surprise (luckily there wasn't a car behind me!) I was so happy to find out that there is finally a poke spot located across my neighborhood. I gave it a try the following day and was lucky enough that they extended their soft opening deal for 1/2 off bowls. I did the medium bowl with half rice, half spring mix, two scoops of tuna and one scoop albacore. It was really good. Their staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I really liked the way they had their setup as well - very straight forward unlike other poke spots I've been to. My only complaint was that my rice was undercooked and intolerant - it happens, I understand. Other than that, I'm excited to come back as a new regular!
