I am tired of dealing with this company. It takes a long time to buy anything with their long wait times and their ordering process. When I tried to return the unused product, they refused to take any returns because mine was "cash and carry" and didn't belong to an "account". I paid with a credit card and the receipt said returns accepted with a receipt for 30 days.
I don't think I will go back again because of their inferior customer service and return policy. I will just stick with Home Depot, Lowes, Costco and Sams Club....who have the best customer service and no questions return policy. Their prices are much better than Lumber Liquidators also.
