We went to the Fifth Avenue location and asked to use the restroom before our appointment but were told they don't have a public restroom even though we could see the restroom from where we were standing. Thought about leaving but since we burned a vacation day for the appointment, we decided to stay. After receiving our glasses, we complained about the policy, especially after paying almost $500 for the glasses, but were told the clientele is "extremely diverse" downtown and they have had "restroom issues" hence the policy. Not a way to value your paying customers. I don't recommend this place.
