They were late for my assigned pick up. When I checked the app for the location of my assigned car they were at the airport. Called. Was told there was "so much construction that it is putting a delay on the drivers." And that I "could continue to wait,but If I "felt like I would miss my flight I should arrange alternate transportation." My scheduled pick up time was 7:35-7:50am, I had been waiting at the pick up location since 7:10, just incase it happened to be early.
Get another service. I started this when I got into my alternate transportation. I am at the airport now. Less than 10 minutes. Take an alternate service.
