This is a follow up to broke my ankle in Sedona...
When I finally was seen by my Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Gary Morris, I had a good visit, terrific staff,and hardly any waiting time. The surgery went well, though there was a hiccup by a substitute doctor on call who backed us up one day for the surgery. Dr. Morris was excellent and the therapy I received for the broken ankle was great .
Also my visits to my primary doctor (won't mention the name cause I've recommended her lots and mow it takes longer to get in to see her).are great, she is an amazing doctor who listens to everything and doesn't rush you out. I have never waited more than 3 minutes after checking in and less than 5 minutes before I see her. My last request for an appointment took 4 to 5 weeks, but it was not urgent so she's worth the wait. You also should know if you have an need and can't get an appointment, a visit to quick care is only $10.00 and is relatively a short wait time. I have never been dissatisfied with any of the medical services but the communication skills up front before the appointment leave no doubt, they need better training. I would tell you that if you have very few medical issues, this is a good company and hey, you can't beat the price, but if you have serious issues seek insurance coverage elsewhere.
