Yikes..Went there tonight and waited nearly an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Nearly 30 minutes to even order our food(didn't have a menu for the first 15 minutes either). I'd give the place a 2/5 before due to the food being "Okay" and the service being "Okay" and the prices being "Okay" but now I'd have to demote it to 1 finally.
I get stuff happens but we received no apology or even explanation to the incredible wait. It was busy, sure - but why even have that much space if you can't handle it being filled? The waiter was polite but seemed completely unaware of the situation or this is normal from time to time there? At a minimum an acknowledgement/explanation would have been great like "we're a little understaffed but we're working on it". When we left , could still see other tables anxiously wondering where the heck the food was. Won't be coming back unfortunately.
