Runion was pre scheduled by Frigidaire to do a recall repair to our range. Frigidaire shipped the parts. Runion called and refused to keep our appointment with out a credit card and threatened to charge 100.00 for the service call even though Frigidaire was doing the work for the recall. Runion didn't seem to know what a recall is. I would not recommend this company.
