This was such an amazing once in a lifetime experience! The process was very convenient where we got picked up at our hotel, consolidated into a larger bus to the helicopter, then off we went. Timing was perfect and we didn't have to really wait around for anything. At first I was afraid I would get sick on the helicopter but the ride ended up being very smooth. Andrew our pilot was very personable and enthusiastic the whole time. The tour took us over the Hoover Dam, Colorado River, Indian land, and of course the Grand Canyon to name a few. Landing in the Grand Canyon was breathtaking, and the picnic "snack" they served us there was more than expected. A sandwich, cookies, chips, apples, soda, water, and champagne were all provided. I wish we could've stayed there a little longer because 30 minutes went by really quick. Just a couple tips - It gets a little hot in helicopter so a removable jacket is recommended. It's also okay to wear slippers versus closed toed shoes. Use the bathroom beforehand. And tip your pilot after if you had just as great as experience as I did.
