I hate to be the one to rate this salon low, as I truly wanted to love it ! 12 days ago I got all over color, which according to the website it's $50. I was charged $60 with no mention of why and I just wanted to get out of there as my upper back was cold from the stylist spraying water down my cape when she washed my hair. My stylist was witty and had a lot of personal style, so I really was hoping all would work out for her to be my regular stylist. I had to go back for a retouch as color around my ears was missed. Stylist did the touch up and the whole time made me feel like I was the one putting her out, even though I was the ONLY customer in the whole salon. Today is day 12 and my color that was applied elsewhere has already faded out. Usually color done by a salon lasts 4-5 weeks. I don't know if it is the product or the application done incorrectly, but now I am on vacation in Belize with cruddy and embarrassing hair! I am incredibly disappointed by this whole experience and could NOT recommend this place to anyone .....
