I went in for a pedicure and SNS manicure on Sunday, May 7, 2017. My bill was $80 plus tip. Two nails broke within a week so I went back in to have them fixed. $50 for a manicure, and I need it to last more than a week. I don't have the money or the time to go in for nails every week. Larry was suspicious of me and quizzed me if I had my nails done there before. Yes, Lian did them and I pointed to the chair I sat in just 8 days before. Larry dipped my nails, painted a top coat, and shooed me on my way. I told him he didn't file and buff my nails. Here is the exchange: LARRY: Yes, I did. ME: No, you didn't. LARRY: Yes, I did. You weren't paying attention. ME: No, you didn't. LARRY: Yes, I did. At this point, I was shocked at the direction of this exchange, and I was disturbed at how dismissive and rude he was. The proof was right there on my two finger tips: a glob of thick, grainy SNS on two fingertips in contrast to the filed, buffed smooth covering on my eight remaining nails. I see here on Yelp that I am not the first client who has been disappointed with Larry. I would avoid him.
