** Edit1: Following the response to my original post (below), I did call the owner and she was very kind and sincere and asked me to come in to talk. I appreciate how much she cares and will go in to see what she says. I've added a star for the pleasant interaction & professionalism, and will come back again after going into to meet with her. **Edit2: Went in, they were very kind and asked to see. They agreed & were shocked at how little results I got, and have offered me 3 extra sessions to see if it makes any difference. I appreciate the effort they are making and we will see if it improves. I've bumped to 3 stars for the service, and will update as to whether the sessions help.** **Edit 3: No improvements with further sessions, so I cannot endorse the laser treatment they offer (although they do disclaim that for 15% of people it doesn't work, turns out I am one). But they have great customer service and it has a nice classy atmosphere of a salon. --Original Post: Their laser/hair removal treatment didn't work. I saw absolutely no difference over the year period of removals, they kept assuring me it would work by the 6th session. That I had the perfect skin/hair type for it and it would definitely work. At the final session (session 7?), they told me I "just needed to buy another package" and do the whole thing again and it would work the next time. Um no thank you. I wish I could demand a refund for false advertising and a failure to deliver. As it is, I guess I got a life lesson out of it - never to take beauty treatments like this from any spa again. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save your money.
