It was a very busy time when we came into the store. (Christmas season). I decided that I wanted to get my 11 month old daughters ears pierced. I was sketchy going in as this location since it had bad reviews. But we didn't want to fight traffic all the way to another location. I walked into the packed store and saw an associate at the register. I told her I wanted to get my daughters ears pierced and she immediately called over an associate. Jackie. She was amazing. She was very Aloha friendly, spirited, and thorough. (Also very kid friendly). She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. She made the whole experience a breeze for myself and my family. She even gave my son a lollipop while he waited. I would highly recommend Jackie, even if you aren't getting pierced. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products.
