This Flo's is located in the AJ's shopping center. It has larger dining room than the scottsdale road location. I love how clean and well decorated this restaurant is. The same goes for their other locations.
The garlic chicken lunch was absolute delicious and very satisfying. Had perfect amount of chicken to vegetables.
The Lao Style chicken lettuce cup, on the other hand, was very disappointing. It tasted like they just chopped bunch of leftovers and threw some random sauce on it. It was salty and sour...just couldn't figure out what it was supposed to taste like. I've had their regular chicken lettuce cups in the past at this very location and remember it being quite good. Hence the 4 stars.
I'd recommend skipping on the Lao's style and go for the regular one.
The staff were friendly and efficient. We were out the door for lunch on a Tuesday in about 30 minutes. Will be back for sure!
