if you are looking for hospitality, competence, or comfort -- look elsewhere.
during my two-night stay, my toilet happened to be overflowing and it took them a looong time to fix -- several unsuccessful visits, long delays. construction outside was noisy. finished breakfast items were not refilled. any request was met with officious indifference bordering on suppressed hostility.
they get their business through the location -- apparently not many options close to campus -- but if you find sth else, go for it.
the toilet situation is especially disturbing if you consider the comment by melissa about yellowish tap water...
