If I could give them less than 1 or even zero, I would. They have the absolute poorest customer service I have seen in a long time. When they answer their phones, they do not answer your questions, but insist they will call you back with an answer. They never call. Ever. I have left so many voicemails and for nothing. My boyfriend and I met them at a tent sale. We were going to get a great deal! We were so excited! We gave them $1,000 as a down payment and were told they would deposit it after we were approved for financing. They disregarded this and desposited the check two days later and that was possibly only because the day after we gave them the check was a Sunday. Needless to say, we were not happy about this, but were hopeful we would get financed. As it turns out, we were not able to be financed (That's due to my credit, not their inadequacies.), but they they took almost a month to get back to us on financing when we were told it would take a couple days. I am not saying everyone's experiences will be bad here, but ours was tragic. We were supposed to receive a call from them last night or today to discuss possible layaway. It's 5pm and still nothing. I'm not holding my breath.
