Had my first appointment at this office scheduled at 11:30am. While on my way, I get a call from their office at 11:15am saying Dr. Brodkin is at the hospital performing a C-section. While I understand this can happen, the other doctor was not available (not working that day) and only a nurse could see me (which I refused, as this was my first visit here, my annual exam, and this person was not familiar with my medical history, which by the way took me ONE FULL HOUR to complete online a few days earlier). Mind you, I am doing all this on my lunch hour during a very busy work week. No one knows when/if Dr. Brodkin will be back today. The only appointments available in the future are simply not convenient for a person working full time. What a complete waste of my time! I am furious.
