Tucked away on the promenade of the Aria, Bardot is a great restaurant from Michael Mina that gives you a semi-formal dining experience with a space that gives that vintage vibe. Square bar up front has both bar seating and some tables for those looking for a drink and something quick. We had amazing service from Matthew and really enjoyed the recommendations. We started with a loaf of bread with amazing butter from Normandy (beurre d'échiré A.O.C.) and the shrimp cocktail (U10s) that were nicely seasoned. This was followed up with the Parisian Gnocchi (tete de moine cheese, morel mushrooms, black truffle shavings and roasted garlic velouté) and the King Crab Crêpe (buckwheat flour crepe, open faced with trumpet mushrooms, sunny-side egg and a brittany cider beurre blanc). We did get a couple of toasted marshmallows to finish off the meal. Perfect way to end this trip to Vegas and head back home.
