Friendly, quick service. Different from other places I'm used too. You pull up into a "quick service" bay and fill out info and tell them what you need done there. Then you are escorted to the waiting room. The waiting room has a TV and tons of places to sit. Couches, cafe tables, and regular tables and chairs in a glass enclosure. Coffee makers are handy for a quick beverage. They even have a coat rack!
