I keep on giving this place a chance so that they can redeem themselves, but they never cease to disappoint. I called them bc I was going to be 15 minutes late, but the receptionist told me that the person after me cancelled so I am still good. When I got here, they told me that they took another patient so I had to wait for over an hour! There are many other customer service and admin reasons why I do not like this office, but all my records are here and the dentist and hygienists are nice. It's the waiting, the billing, the being put on hold, etc that gets me!
